• Enquiries: name, email address, organisation, position and any further information voluntarily included in the message. Purpose: to reply to and manage enquiries.
• Contractual partners: contact person name, email, phone number, position. Purpose: performance of the contract, invoicing, communication.
• Website use: strictly technical logging (IP address, browser, referrer) for troubleshooting and security. The site does not use marketing cookies.

• For enquiries, the data subject's consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• For contractual processing, performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• For accounting obligations, legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• For security logging, the Controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Enquiries: up to 2 years after closure of the matter, then deleted.
• Contractual data: for the general limitation period under the Hungarian Civil Code (5 years) after termination of the contract.
• Accounting-related data: 8 years under Section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
• Security logs: up to 12 months.

The Controller does not transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes. The following categories of processors may be used:

• hosting and email provider (within the EU / EEA);
• accounting and invoicing provider;
• legal and tax advisor (where required).

Data may be disclosed to a competent authority only upon lawful official request.

The data subject may at any time:

• request information about the processing;
• access the personal data processed;
• request rectification or completion;
• request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where the legal conditions are met;
• request restriction of processing;
• request data portability;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time.

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted communication, access control and regular security reviews.

A complaint may be filed with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
