Executive Decision Map

The four axes of the decision.

We shape the framework of executive decision-making across four interrelated areas. It is the matrix within which a senior executive can responsibly weigh the coming years' quantum and AI related steps.

  1. I

    Preparing for quantum resilience

Reviewing the current cryptographic and data-protection architecture through the requirements of the quantum era.

  2. II

    Identifying long-term sensitive data

Which data assets remain valuable and vulnerable two and five years from now. Harvest-now, decrypt-later risks.

  3. III

    AI governance and compliance

The emerging EU AI Act, sectoral and internal governance frameworks. Executive responsibility, documentation, control points.

  4. IV

Data strategy, access control, decision accountability

Who sees what, who decides what, and what evidence remains behind the decision. The foundational infrastructure of the AI era.

Our way of working

Four steps from conversation to decision document.

  1. 01
    Discreet executive background conversation

60–90 minutes, no obligation. Its purpose is to clarify whether quantum and AI readiness is a genuine executive question for the organisation in question.

  2. 02
    Executive situation assessment

A short, closed evaluation of which areas carry immediate relevance, which questions to keep watch on, and where action is not yet warranted. [Questionnaires]

  3. 03
Board, Supervisory Board or Owner briefing

A 2–3 hour closed executive briefing for the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board or the Owners.

  4. 04
    Quantum and AI readiness map

A decision document on the warranted steps of the next 12–36 months.
